Default Vivarelli reel

I have a Vivarelli fly reel I haven't used in years. For
those not familiar the Vivarelli is a semi-automatic.

http://www.fly-fishing-tackle.co.uk/...Vivarelli.html

Since the US dollar is in the toilet these things have
become pricey,(far more than it's worth in my opinion),
Dan Bailey's is the only US distributor and they get $250.

I'd like this reel to end up in the hand of someone who
could really use it. A fly fisherman who is an amputee or
who has crippling arthritis, anyone who for one reason or
another is forced to fly fish one handed. If you know
someone like that send me an email or post here and I'll
send you the reel. It's in perfect working condition, barely
used and I'll leave the backing on it.

I find that I just don't like it, a fly reel for me "don't
mean a thing if it ain't got that sing". ;-)

If I don't hear from roff I'll sell it on eBay and post a
heads up to roff before I list it.

Have you considered Project Healing Waters from the FFF?

I'd never heard of them until now but what a great idea.
I just spoke to them on the phone and they're happy to
have it. Thanks Wayne, the reel is gone.

A very nice gesture. A tip o' the hat from anon/racist/garbage/yada.
