I was supposed to have flown to Key West this weekend to be with my family.
The east coast blizzard just shut down these plans. I was booked through Jet Blue, because I had a credit with them (previous failed plans). I now know that the down side to dealing with discount airlines is that when things go wrong, they don't have a finger they can lift to get you where you're going. The mechanisms just aren't in place. To top it off, you can't get a refund, just a credit shell that you must book within one year, or lose it! Scott |

I suppose travel insurance may be necessary when using these guys. I'll be flying JetBlue myself in a few week.s Mu |
