Default Lunar Effect on Fishing

If you think that fish bite activity is related to Moonphase, Moonrise/
Moonset and Sunrise/Sunset then check out this new website:
http://www.fishingreminder.com

It gives you the best bite times for your location and also allows you
to set up email reminders.

By the way does anyone know about other Mooncalendars besides the
Maori Fishing Calendar?

Plenty of Americans followed a "solunar" calendar
approx. 1920-70 that may still be published.

Field and Stream magazine used to publish the Solunar tables. AFAIK,
they still do.

Default Lunar Effect on Fishing

I read somewhere that the Native North Americans used a fishing
calendar similar to
the Maori Fishing Calendar. But unfortunately couldn't find any more
sources.

Does anyone know about this?

There must be more calendars out there then the Maori one.
I bet most other fishing nations had their own calendar.

It would be good to compare them all and get the best out of em as an
average.
