...though I recognize I probably
am subsidizing it through various other funding channels... You subsidize it every time you buy an advertised product. If you're "average," you spend hundreds of dollars a year to pay for ads. vince |

For me it had to be Ditka in the commercial for limp dick medicine
throwing the football through the tire. PUHHHLEEEEEASE, how is THAT bit of imagery any less offensive than Janet Jackson's tassle clad nipple ? -- Ken Fortenberry |

PUHHHLEEEEEASE, how is THAT bit of imagery any less offensive than Janet Jackson's tassle clad nipple ? This is scary. Twice within a week, I agree with Mr. Fortenberry. How much could one actually see? All of it? Part of it? If only part of it, which part? Just curious, as I doubt if I'll see it on the local news. g.c. |

I missed the incident as well & didn't even hear of it until this a.m. I skipped the halftime show because, frankly, they usually suck, and the lineup for this year had no promise to reverse that trend. Switched back from CNN just in time for the second half kickoff. I am amazed however, the a brief glimpse of a woman's breast can send this country into such a tizzy. BFD if you ask me. ****, even the chairman of the FCC & the White House felt the need to comment. Pretty f*ckin' sad state of affairs. I liked the "Shards o' Glass" spot, though. FWIW, the entire lineup of ads is available at http://www.ifilm.com/?sctn=collections&pg=superbowl2004 Joe F. |

By the way, if you look closely (purely for sake of the investigation), you will see that her bustier cups are attached with snaps. The material did not accidentally rip. It was designed to tear away. Frank Reid |

In fact he's more ****ed at the people who are raising the stink about it. Thats my boy. g.c. |

Ive seen more real tit on fellow Roffians and in the mirror. I saw it and, sexist as it sounds, was that a tit or what? I mean it looked about as much like a real tit as her brother's nose. My TV is pretty small but that thing didn't look like no lady tit Ive seen lately thick or thin, and Ive been painting nudes and doing live figure drawing sessions quite a bit lately. But then my personal aesthetic runs toward Rembrandt, Rubens, and Renoir women. To me Janet looks like something out of Dr. Boygirl's chop shop. The girl's got no hips at all. And what was that thingy on her nipple? Some sort of metal implant or what? Poor girl. Dave .. |

I stand corrected, that definitly is a ladytit. Guess its time to get a bigger TV, or maybe not. Dave |
