Default berkely and Stren Flourocarbon

I have noticed these two are very inexpensive. Maxima 4 lb mono was
around $2 for 27 yards, and berkely vanish was about $4.50 for 100
yards. In my mind that makes the berkely flouro cheaper than mono, yet
flouro is supposed to be so much more money??
