Default Garmin 240 fish finder

Unit does not chart bottom or structure no depth. I only get temp.
Unit has a trolling motor mounted transducer. I do not hear any
clicking from the transducer Ithought that I use to hear it
clicking. Any thoughts on problem.

Sounds to me like your transducer took a dump. Check the connections for
any signs of corrosion and spray them with a good contact cleaner. If that
doesn't work, then get another transducer and give that a try.
