Default flamer II hartlepool

Had a good day out with John Batty on his new boat Flamer II From the marina
at Hartlepool on Sunday. The fish weren't plentiful but of decent quality
and everyone took home some fillets for tea. Just small codling and the
usual rubbish on the inside marks where the water was like thick soup, but
once we got past the 5 mile line it cleared up remarkably. Best of the day
was 7-pound Cod, to me, 4-pound Haddock to me and a 6-pound Pollack to John.
Was very impressed with the Boat , an "Offshore 105", that zipped us around
in canny fashion. Already looking forward to the next trip.

David
