Default Driftwood wanted

I am looking to buy the driftwood that gets caught up in the nets of boats
working along the Kent coast. What i am looking for is worn planking but no
new wood. The ideal wood would be from the bottom of old Crab/Lobster pots.
Can you help or no anyone that can?
Many thanks, Paul

Looking for shipworm and goosenecks?

You're asking in the wrong place I fear.

Your best bet would be to get down to your port of choice about landing time
and have a word with a skipper or two.

Invest a few quid or at least a few pints in advance and you should get your
pick of the scroff.

Hth, Cheerio,

Sorry to be thick but what does gooseneck mean? I will certainly supply the
beer money to the Skippers that can help, Cheers, Paul

Gooseneck barnacle. Transatlantic flotsam is about the best source for them.
