Hello ROFF, I was recently fishing on the Yakima river in WA state for the
first time. Everyone I spoke to in Cle-Ellum told me the whole river was catch and release, but the reg's PDF lists parts w/ a limit for trout (min 12"). Does anyone know if the regs have changed? I love the idea of protecting fisheries and all but I've got this new smoker and... -alan |
