A suggestion to renaming "Lake info:" to a more generic term i.e. "Location"
"Name of Lake" to "Body of Water" Add a "Water Level" field. "Barometer"
select field with rising, falling, and steady selections.

How about adding drop downs for water clarity, Sky conditions. Maybe add
drop shot to the artificial bait drop down. How about depth? Could be a
drop down with ranges.

Right now, I'm trying to get it to crash and burn. I'll email you with
my results.
