Just as with C-Rigs, leader length is dependant on conditions at the time. I've used Lindy Rigs with 18" leaders, I've used them with 8' leaders. I've seen them pre-packaged and it appears that they're made with mono in the 10 pound class, but most guys I know just build them with what's on hand. -- Steve @ OutdoorFrontiers http://www.outdoorfrontiers.com G & S Guide Service and Custom Rods http://www.herefishyfishy.com |

Usually the rigs are about 3ft in length. Depending on "conditions" they can
get to about 12ft long. "Rodney" . wrote in message ... How long is the line , and what size line comes in these rig kits ??????? Here's their website, http://lindyfishingtackle.com/tackle...me.php?cat=266, why don't you give them a shout via e-mail and find out? To me, it looks like generic mono line, approximately 10 lb. test. -- Steve @ OutdoorFrontiers http://www.outdoorfrontiers.com G & S Guide Service and Custom Rods http://www.herefishyfishy.com |

I don't think Ted would like me even asking at this point,, you see I'm trying to take a part of that market, :-) my Rock hopper is 25 times more snag resistant than the weight he now uses for that rig. His site does not give line or hook size -- Rodney Long, Inventor of the Long Shot "WIGGLE" rig, SpecTastic Thread Boomerang Fishing Pro. ,Stand Out Hooks ,Stand Out Lures, Mojo's Rock Hopper & Rig Saver weights, Decoy Activator and the EZKnot http://www.ezknot.com |
