Default Advice on Rod

Hello,

I am not a frequent coarse fisher but I'm looking for a very
lightweight sea rod mainly for fishing from the shore over clean
ground. My requirements are Casting weight up to 2 oz, at least 3
piece, 12ft approx, 8-10lb line. I have seen that peregrine do a 4
piece barbel rod made with a Harrisons blank which would seem to fit
the bill, but it is quite expensive. Any other suggestions out there?
