Default Shared weight again

I don't mean to beat a dead horse, but I was reading bass times last
night, and some tournament results for non-boaters, I saw a guy who
caught 5 fish over the tournament (non-boater) who cleared less money
than a guy who caught 0 fish for the tournament. The guy with 0 fish
had (28-2) in weight from the shared weight.
