Default Stren Super Braid

Thanks to whomever started the post on this line. On several recommendations
went out and bought some 50lb test 12 lb. diameter and used it all weekend.
Really casts great. I bought some hi vis line and it's a bit larger in dia.
but casts really well and so far I just love the stuff. Seems to have a lot
less probs with some of the others I've tried. I like it even better than
powerpro. Thanks for the advice guys. Second trip with it yesterday and Jude
stuck a 3 lbs smallie on it. Big fish of the trip. This is getting to be a
habit.

I have been really really impressed with the Stren Super Braid. PowerPro is
rough spun hemp rope by comparison. I pitch weightless plastics on the
stuff with little or no trouble. After a dozen trips strip off and throw
away the top 15 - 20 yards becasue the coating starts to wear off, but even
then the line is still quite fishable. I use the 30Lb all the time. I need
to get some of the 50 for flipping the trash, but I still half a bulk spool
of PP left in that weight.
