Default Padishar Creel turns 53 today!

Now my IQ and my age have finally reached parity!

On a serious note, I had a physical, recently, and if I want to get past my
50's the gym membership needs to be more than just renewed each year!

In addition, to turning over the odometer, I just finished reading Fast Food
Nation http://www.mcspotlight.org/media/books/schlosser.html and well no
more fast food for me! Anyway, I have been at the gym working out for the
past 8 days and I can tell a difference already. So beware there is nothing
like a recent convert to healthy living to be totally boorish, eh?

Chris

Now, if I said that to my bride, who shares your birthdate today, ROFF would
be scheduling a wake.
Happy B-Day.

Happy Birthday. Now we can't go fishing. Junk food is all I thrive on.

Have a healthy, stress reducing martini for me.

PS, after project renovation, we will be ready for company. Email to
follow.

Hey Chris: its a day late, but Happy Birthday!!

Geeze, hard to believe but 5 years we'll be the same age. Unless you
start working out, that is. :-)

Happy Birthday.

By coincidence, I turned 53 too.... either last year, or a couple years
ago.

Or a few years ago.

I think.
