I've plans to go on holiday to explore opportunities for fishing in the
Dominican Republic ?? I searched the web and groups.google.com and hardly found anything really helpful, fly-fishing seems either to be very uncommon on the island or a well kept secret among those who are in the know. So here are my questions: is it worth considring bringing my fly / spining rod.?? Need info about fishable ( beach) areas less crowded by tourists Need info about fishable areas of river estuaries?? are their any opptunies to fish inland lagoons /rivers ?? Is a licence /permit required ? Is it possible to hiring a small boat from locals? I promise to write a trip report if I get some helpful answers, that help me catch some fish over there ?? -- ¤º°`°º¤ø,,,,ø¤º°`°º¤ø,,,,ø¤º°`°º¤ø,,,,ø¤º°`°º¤ø Dave Armes NB remove {nospam.} filter to reply ø¤º°`°º¤ø,,,,ø¤º°`°º¤ø,,,,ø¤º°`°º¤ø,,,,ø¤º°`°º¤ø |
