First, let me apologize for having been regularly lurking here for
almost a year now, without making my presence known.

I've gained a great respect for you all and the info and experience you
offer. ( I must admit, even Al, for the comic relief he affords to the
group. Can you forgive me?).

I spent much of my time, last season, on the Hudson and Mohawk rivers
with one or the other of two boat owner partners of mine. One of which
purchased my Skeeter Strada from me a few years ago.

My skeeter partner and I, have the last week of June planned on
Champlain in North Hero, VT. Something we've been doing most every year
for the last 20. What an incredible area.
My other fishing partner and I are discussing plans for the end of Sept.
@ Caddo lake on the TX, LA. boarder.

Note to Rich Z: I've been partial to your posts in particular because,
as best as I can figure, you live and fish the closest to my area and I
highly value your opinions, knowledge, and experience as it relates to
here in the NE. I refer to your article " Fishing the Nut" as an example
as the Mohawk River is loaded with the stuff. Seeing as you probably
pass within a mile of my house on your way to Champlain, (assuming
Thruway, Northway, NY 87) just thought I'd say if you desire the
company, I'd consider it an honor and a privilige to join you.

Thank to all of you @ ROFB

I take 22 north from just below 90. 3-1/2 hours from my back yard to the
south bay ramp. Taking the thruway takes me just about an hour longer.

Still don't have a problem with a new face in the back end of the boat.G

I love the Mowhawk in smallmouth country up around Amsterdam/Schoharie.

Could meet you at the south bay ramp. Wouldn't take me nearly as long to
get there.
