Default Question about a casting technique

"Tom Nakashima" wrote in message news:...
Other cast that I found come in handy are; the curve cast, jump-rope,
Belgium cast, double snake roll and the side cast for windy days.
You can learn all of these movements in a very short time if you practice
and it's actually fun.
fwiw,

One other cast that I use quite frequent on the rivers that I forgot to
mention is the reverse back cast. This is used when there's a very small
opening behind you. What I do on this cast is examine what's behind me,
let's say trees with a very small opening in-between. I raise the rod,
pick-up the line, turn my body facing the opening and shoot the line between
two trees. As the line unravels, I turn my body again very quickly facing
where I want to place the fly and shoot the line. A very useful cast.
