Anyone going to be near Barkley this weekend?

As long as the storms hold off and the wife is still ok with me spending our
birthday* on the lake, I'm heading out to Lake Barkley to meet up with
Justin Hires for the day. If anyone else close, maybe we can meet for lunch
and trade fishing stories. Anyone?

*Yes, we have the same birthday, except she older by two years! LOL

Charles, would like to meet up for some talk...I have to work saturday
though. Let me know what your schedule is for the week-end. If not this
week-end, we will surely hook up sometime in the near future! If we
don't get together...have a great time out there! I think the "Big Boys"
are on the lakes satrday for the final day...but just the top ten, so
shouldn't be crowded . But yesterday it looked like somebody dumped
the "bait bucket" out 200 + big boats on the water, not including the
"lookers" .

Now is good. We went down to the Saline Creek area this evening. The water has
come up about a foot but the bay was pretty clear. We put out a few limb lines
that we're going to check in the morning for catfish, and then bass fished
about an hour. Caught a few decent fish on flukes and spinnerbaits. and a big
crappie on a spinnerbait.
