If a reel is in excellant condtion and sold on ebay. What would be the minimal
discount from retail to make it a good buy. My guess would be 35 to 40%. |

What the hell is "excellant condtion"? Are those Canadian words?
If it's new and the shipping cost + the reel are less than the retail + tax, you have a good deal. Economics 101. Try it after you get our of 'skool'...
