I am a resident of Florida and just renewed my freshwater license for
another year. The state charges $13.50 for this. I noticed that non-residents are charged either $16.50 for a 7 day license or $31.50 for a 12 month license. I just think is to high. I can see giving a break in price to residence of the state but I don't think the state should charge double for non-residents. You would think Disney was running the show. |

Lol Todd, check out other states' non-resident prices. FL is about as cheap
as they get brother... Warren "Todd Copeland" wrote in message ink.net... I am a resident of Florida and just renewed my freshwater license for another year. The state charges $13.50 for this. I don't know about that. Va is $6.00 for nonresident. Good for 5 days. $30
for a year. Unfortunately, they expire Dec 31, regardless when you buy them. -- Bill Chesapeake, Va "go-bassn" wrote in message ... Lol Todd, check out other states' non-resident prices. Is a good way to increase revenues without upsetting voters. Same reason that Houston added a tax (14% I think) to rental cars to pay for the new Houston stadium. |
