When we were on an Alaskan River this past July, we noticed a few leopard rainbows that were pretty beat-up from catch and release. I'm sure it must have somewhat of an effect on them. -tom |

I have never seen a scarred fish in Alaska or Labrador. Doesn't mean they aren't there, I just have never seen or heard of any. Dave |

We were on the same river last year and the rainbows we caught were all firm and healthy. This year was the first time we saw signs of catch and release. Alaska F&G were on the river the same time as us, they mentioned a serge of powerboats coming up this year that have an impact on fish behavior, in which they agreed. -tom |
