I know it isn't Oz but most of the competitors will be.
Ela motors, Lae will next weekend be offering as a prize for the fishing comp a hilux. The only catch is that it will be offered for the largest yellowfin tuna over 50kg caught on 10kg line. The FADs will be swarming with hopeful fishermen. Jigs will be sold out and cubing will be in a flurry. Woppa has been making rafts to attach to a FAD to increase the chances and it will probably be attached to the BOC fad. Unfortunately "Mud Man" won't be there to set the standard so it will be a frenzy of activity for all comers. I'll be aboard Quinsea trying to pretend I have a chance, there are still doubts as I spooled up with tiagra line that another person found to be of suspect quality, probably due to UV exposure in the showcase. It tested at about 2kg and was easily snapped by hand. Anyway it should be a good weekend with Interoil being the overall winner as FAD 13 will be popular choice and the 40nm trip out may chew a few litres. On another note, has anyone got experience with a single 250 Suzuki on a 25' Bertram flybridge sports fisher ?? What is the best layout for the pod? -- Brad Leyden 6° 43.5816' S 146° 59.3097' E WGS84 To mail spam is really hot but please reply to thread so all may benefit (or laugh at my mistakes) |
