Since I moved south I've learned the value of a good gps mapping system.
However, I've discovered that the new map cards won't work in my older unit. So, with this in mind, I'm looking to find a Navionics Classic card that covers Kentucky and Tennessee. I currently have a Lowrance GlobalMap 3200 gps unit on the boat and I'm thinking of selling the boat in the not too distant future, so I'd rather not upgrade the gps if I didn't have to until I get a different boat. So, if anyone has an older card that will work in a Lowrance GlobalMap 3200 and they'd like to sell it, please contact me via this email address. -- Steve Huber Executive Producer/Editor in Chief OutdoorFrontiers Multi-Media LLC http://www.outdoorfrontiers.com |

Chris S. It's possible! I went to the Lowrance website and while they didn't list my machine specifically, they did list a machine older than mine and said that your card would work in any unit less than five years old. Well, that's my gps.... Would you consider selling it or letting me try it in my gps to see if it works? -- Steve Huber Executive Producer/Editor in Chief OutdoorFrontiers Multi-Media LLC http://www.outdoorfrontiers.com |

Chris, I put the cards in the mail today and told the woman at the post office that they were sent on 8/27, I was supposed to receive them on 8/29, yet did not receive them until 9/19! She said that if you still had the receipt, you should take it to your post office and get a refund! Let me know if you don't have your copy, as I have mine. I sent your cards back today, you should have them by Friday. Thanks, I appreciate your efforts... -- Steve Huber Executive Producer/Editor in Chief OutdoorFrontiers Multi-Media LLC http://www.outdoorfrontiers.com |
