How early should I expect to start catching mackerel in N Wales, also does
anyone know a good supplier of sandeel in this area?

don't know but we were catching mackerel at Folkestone Kent just two days

Out this afternoon, catch was: 1 gurnard & 1 whiting....no mackerel!

Surprisingly we had the first mackerel out of Scrabster at the weekend

The Makerel certaintly haven't arrived in Co Antrim. Was out Thursday and
Sunday and even the Pollock at Blackhead were absent. "Geoff" wrote in message s.com... How early should I expect to start catching mackerel in N Wales, also does anyone know a good supplier of sandeel in this area?
