Lobsterfest set

Holiday Isle Beach Resort & Marina will hold its 5th Annual Lobster
Fest from Aug. 13-15.
This fun-for-all event features a two-day lobster hunt with $1,000
cash purse for the three biggest lobster. First place will win $500,
with $300 for second and $200 for third place. Free tee shirts will be
given to all entrants, and an underwater treasure hunt will be held
Sunday, Aug 15, for children ages 14 and under.
Registration will be held at Ollies Restaurant Friday evening, Aug.
13, from 6 to 7 p.m. The event will be held from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday.
All entries must be weighed in between noon and 4 p.m. each day.
"There is no fee to enter the contest," said Special Events
Coordinator Eileen McGuire, "and we're hoping to have a large turnout
for this family-friendly event."
