Watersmeet?

Anyone been to Watersmeet and have any feedback?

Hi Matt

Yes, I produce http://www.fisheries.co.uk and have been to Watersmeet
several times to update their pages. Although I have only fished it
once for a couple of hours for the tench, the feedback I get from
anglers who have been there is that it's good. Particularly popular
with carp anglers, the fishing has improved greatly since they made it
for residents only and many of the guys I have spoken to have said it
has been their second or third visit and some even go every year.

I keep on meaning to go there myself for a few days - it must be nice to
be able to enjoy a spot of fishing, get a pint to take to the bankside
if you want and round the day of with a few jugs in the bar or a meal in
the restaurant!
