Default Fuel Costs?

As many of you know, I'll be pulling the Cobra down for the Southern
Classic. My wife wants to know how much this trip is going to cost and my
answer of "Oh, a couple grand" just didn't cut it. Now she wants a
breakdown of costs. Jeez, now she sounds like my accountant!

Anyway, can someone tell me what diesel fuel prices are in Illinois,
Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida?

Also, if someone has a price for premium unleaded gas in Florida, that would
help too. I know that fuel has to be cheaper elsewhere than here in
Wisconsin.

Thanks,

Diesel here in Tennessee is running about $1.89 per gallon. More in some
places, less in others.

Northern Illinois is about 1.90 - Chicago area 2.30 per gallon. Get gas
before you get to Chicago Steve.

That might be a little out of Steve's way to swing by there to fill up.

Local salmon season in open, and one of the Coastsidefishingclub reports was
for a day of fishing and they stopped at the fuel dock on the way in to take
on 256 gallons of fuel. When there were comments about a $500 fuel day, the
boat was the Flying A. Owned by Ken Hoffman, who owns the Oakland A's. So,
some don't have to worry as much about fuel costs.
