I'm driving down to the Classic next week, and am wondering about
construction on the way. I hear that 75 may be bad (i don't know how it
could be worse) near Atlanta. How about around Nashville?

You probably think Smashville is something you'd only hear while the
Predators are playing... but there's another meaning behind that. Ever try
to drive through Nashville?

Orange has become our state color, not only because of the UT Vols... but
all of the orange barrels you see along the Interstate! What's that tell you
about construction?

What part of Illinios are you in Pat?

Call me lucky but I have to deal w/ Nashville traffic weekly and Atlanta
traffic bi-weekly.I am going to Atlanta tomorrow (Fri.) and returning on
Sunday.I will make note of construction areas in Atlanta and post here
Sunday night.
I was in Atlanta last Saturday and they had I-75 down to one lane near
Marietta for "ongoing construction" so I sat in that for 75 minutes.I will
let you guys know Sunday of any major problems. As far as Nashville
goes.............well we have to sit in traffic just to go pee!

I drove from the Tenn line to south of Atlanta on 75 today - had to slow down
below 80 twice because of traffic. Came thru Atlanta at 2:30 so missed rush
hours - no problems with construction.

Good, as stated in other post. Fritz called and he got 12 nice bass after Ieft
yesterday, most spots in the 2 pound range. UL asked us to keep some so he
invited some of them for dinner.
