Default Strike King Zero's/Berkely Gulps

Tried these the other day, using a size 1 octopus hook, I wacky rigged it, Nice fall, nice wiggle, falls a little slower than a senko, but if it produces, it might be seeing quite a bit of action as it is definetly very durable, a 4 pack for 3 bucks, don't care much for the garlic scent, but the colors are nice. I also rigged up some of those gulp 5 inch minnows, fished it like I would a trick worm, short erratic jerks pausing every now and then, it was only abot 35 degrees on the lake so no takers, was only out for about an hour and a half, will have to see what these things do on Okee. Gulps have a nice powerbait smell to them and are very slimey, great colors and looks like they offer a mess of different sizes and shapes and colors.

Picked up 1 bag of the 10 inch turtle back worms in the gulp in black, hoping theres a big hungry bass down there that happens to be in the wrong place at the right time. I leave in Two days and should be in early Tuesday morning wanting to fish, so for those of you that will be there on Tuesday and need a happy to be in FLA non boater, send me your cell number if you have one, send it to .

I like the slower dark color stick worms for stained to muddy water, and the faster falling translucent natural colors for lightly stained to clear water.

The speed of the fall makes a difference somedays.
