A12 Cuton lakes Chelmsford.
These are advertised as 'fishing in a quiet and relaxing environment'.
If you enjoy 40 ton lorries speeding past every two seconds and the smell of sewerage wafting over from nearby Chelmer Village then this is the place for you. I still can't stop smiling at the advert.
