Default Nephew's Morning out

My nephew after seeing many pictures over the past few days of Lm bass all
over my office decides today was the day to head out with me. Understand, My
nephew does like to catch fish but for the most part will become easily
bored to death if fish are not biting. He is old enough(24) that even if he
is done fishing we are not done fishing until I'm done, unless he likes to
swim in( actually did it once)

Well today was not that day, in less than 3 hours 23 bass were brought to
the boat, inluding his personal best a nice 4-5lb LM, this fish was hooked,
got off and came back again, that mixed in with a few 3 pounders and a
bunch of 1- 2.1/2 lb'ers, all in all I caught 17 bass and my nephew caught
7, on top of that we lost about 5-6 good fish and landed a bunch of dinks. I
also saw a huge bass, easily in the 8-10 lb maybe even bigger, it looked
like the size of a small beaver. It swam right up to my nephews speed worm
before turning at the boat. I stayed in that spot throwing spinnerbaits,
topwaters and cranks and a mix of plastics hoping the fish would come back
out, no such luck, I guess that fish is that big for a reason, but knowing
there are fish in there that big will keep me going back to that lake. My
nephew also gave me some cash to go and buy a whole bunch of speed worms for
this weekend, Guess he'll be out again after all. I'll post pictures to the
usual. www.outdoorfrontiers.com, a.b.p.f, and www.rofb.net.

Junebug or red/blk, using the red hooks also and they are just getting
attacked, even tried throwing some other things today to see if it was just
the fish cooperating but couldn't buy a bite on a senko, spinner or crank
