"BIG FISH 2006" wrote in message
... I've been fishing senkos for 6 years now, every since I watched a seminar in Chicago during the Bassmasters classic. I have always fished it weightless in shallow water, in the spring I do well, but now that it's summer no such luck. What is the best way to weight these baits and what size and color do you guys use most. I have fished senkos wacky rigged and weightless in depths upto about 15 feet with good success. Its tough if the wind is blowing, but you can do it. -- Bob La Londe Fishing Arizona & The Colorado River Fishing Forums & Contests http://www.YumaBassMan.com -- Posted via a free Usenet account from http://www.teranews.com |

I like the "Green Lantern" t-shirt, but you make nervous with the shot that
looks like extra flotation strapped to the side of the boat. LOL. "alwaysfishking" wrote in message ups.com... Joe Haubenreich wrote: Or, if you're looking for extraordinary stick baits in a wider range of colors, and sizes up to six inches, try WermieErnieBaits.com. Go to http://tournamentbaits.com/oscommerc...products_id=46 . Their 100 count bag of 5-inch baits is $24.99 -- a very good value, to my mind. The six inchers are two bucks more. Thanks Joe for the kind words, however Wermieerniebaits.com has since been disolved. With Dave moving and me entering my busy season for work, we just don't have the time needed together to push forward. I wish them both the best of luck, we remain friends who will share a lot more water time than pouring time While the website is up, Tim is still handling anything that comes in on his own and will be more than happy to assist anyone with orders. That being said, I'm heading in my own direction. I will be filling orders for 5 inch sticks in a limited color selection. I have some pictures and video done from on the water time and will post a link here for your viewing pleasure. While some of the fish were caught on other baits a good amount of them were caught using stickbaits me Dave and Tim have poured in the past. I am also making some specialty stick baits like bleeding junebug and chicken and waffles. ( Couldn't resist that name Joe and Charles) so until I get a working and functional site, you can e-mail me as well for any of your stickbait needs.
