Collins Lake plants trout February through May.
How's the trout fishing from Labor Day through February? Are there still plenty of fish or is this popular lake fished out by the end of summer?

I've got a friend who wants to go up after labor day for some trout fishing as soon as the lake turns over, but given the nature of Collins Lake we're wondering if it's fished out at the end of summer.
