Default Update on Solar Bat

I sent them an e-mail concerning the problems that I was having with the
missing/worn parts, after only a couple of months of use. I also explained
that I didn't have a receipt to verify my story.

I was quickly contacted via e-mail asking for a shipping address so that
they may ship me out some replacement parts free of charge. I found this to
be rather generous since I couldn't prove that I even actually owned a pair
of Solar Bats. When they arrive, I'll add the superglue as Marvin
recommended.

OARN: I did commend them on the quality of the polarization. I think they're
about as good as anything that I've ever used before, if not better. Also,
I've yet to actually scratch the lens.

Haven't received them yet... probably ordered mine just before you and
Jerry. We'll all receive them about the same time I'd guess.

Hope it's soon!

Yea, I just called them and they said "call back after lunch". When the heck
do THEY eat lunch?
I also checked my bank and it never was charged for the order.
Still showing "pending" on the website.
Smells bad though!

I called them back. They didn't even have the glasses in stock when we
placed our orders.
I guess it WAS too good to be true.
Maybe I will order a laptop from them. NOT!

Now Comes This..............after yesterday's communication that they never
had them in stock. I really can't wait to see what happens next.

snipWe are currently processing your order ACO-*******. We take extra step
to ensure all parts in your custom configured order are compatible, tested
and ready to go.

We expect your order to be shipped in a 2 days time. Once your order is
shipped, you will receive an email with a UPS tracking number.

Thanks for doing business with AmeriComp, Inc. (for the last time )

Please let me know where it goes from there... I feel discriminated against!
LOL

10:1 odds that you never see your order. Who wants to take me up on this
bet?

Don't give up yet Charles. Now they have told me that they have some "on
the way" and I should know by 3pm today for sure. I felt a lot better after
talking to their customer service department which consists of one person.
LOL
If I get anything from them besides a headache I will be surprised.
