Just spent a beautiful 8 hours cruising in a junk around Hong Kong island
with a bunch of friends, having a beer or three and sharing a seafood feast
at a remote restaurant on the Kowloon side. The far side of 48 isn't looking
so bad. It was such a nice day that not even the lack of flyfishing
tarnished it one bit.

This was definately one of the best ones yet. :-)

After a while they're all good. ;-) Happy birthday Myron.

I figure that each b-day is better than the last, as the alternative doesn't
seem all that great!

Wife hinted to her husband that she wanted to be surprised for her 50th
Birthday, but wanted something that will go from
0-200 in under 4 seconds.
So he bought her a bathroom scale.

I just turned 59 and feel a lot better than I did at 50, and I expect
next year to be more of the same. Retirement works wonders. g

I sure hope so, as I just left my forties behind as of today.

but, then, there's, um, 60. and that eats ****.

Damn, that's what they told me about turning 30 ... and 40 ... and
