Default Where to go?..... sorta OT

Well seems like Pennsylvania fishing might be a thing of the past for me as
my boss has asked that I step up and move into another position.
Unfortunately it would require me to relocate to either Ohio, Indiana or
Kentucky, with Ohio being the leading choice as the office is in Ohio.

But seeing as it's not too far from the Kentucky and Indiana border and I
don't mind to travel a bit, the other two states are an option. Now forget
about quality of life and cost of living as a man has to have his priorities
straight, Where would you go to fish? Still negotiating with the company,
but if the money is right, I'm Outta here

Advatages: Closer to The NWC and MTC and a bunch of guys on this here NG.
With new found salary would be able to buy a real boat!!
Dis-advantages: Every bit of our families are on the east coast and I
wouldn't get to see Harry as much. Did I mention I would have to leave these
great lakes up here?

Other than Lake Erie, Ohio's a tough, topugh choice. They had a Redman
tourney once that ended in a tie, and the sudden death fish off took
three days.

I'd say KY.

For fishing, I'd prefer Kentucky. Kentucky offers more months of fishing
than either IN or OH.

You didn't mention where in Kentucky you might end up. The eastern side of
the state has a number of lakes, but they are narrow, river systems. The
west side of the state offers many more possibilities.

That's good. From Louisville, Elizabethtown, or Owensboro, you're not far
from decent bass fishing.

You can fish the Ohio River, Lake Barkley, and Kentucky Lake, of course, but
Green River Lake and Nolin River Lake are two other western KY bass fishing
destinations. Taylorsville Lake is pretty good, too, at times.

When you make a request for info and add a personal note it will effect
the response. They may be clouded and only from a few. It is much like
the difference between going to a church potluck and a fast food
establishment.
