What does it take to get a permit for a Ca bass tournament?

Hey Bob..
Go to the CA Dept of Fish/Game for more information then I can give you
as it changes yearly. I stopped fishing tournaments in '98 and I've
heard it is much worse now to get a permit. Good luck..
