I am an inventor and I have a patent pending on an invention which has
global potential and relates to fly fishing . I have invested approx
£15K of my own money in this idea and I now have the engineering
drawings available to go into manufacture of this product. I have the
possibility of selling the patent to a fishing manufacturer but would
prefer to partner with an individual or individuals to manufacture and
distribute this product by ourselves as this would yield the maximum
benefit. If you are interested, and have approx £50K to invest for a
sizeable chunk of my company , then I am prepared to share this idea
with you under NDA ( non disclosure agreement ). You will have to be
able to prove to me that you have the funds to invest in this venture
so no time waters please.

Thank god! Finally an invenion that has "global potential and relates to
fly fishing." I don't know how many times I have seen an invention with
"global potential", but it's not "related to fly fishing". Then there are
those inventions that "relate to fly fishing," but have no "global
potential."

Now, if we can just find someone in the group with 50,000 pounds, willing to
invest in "an invention which has
global potential and relates to fly fishing?"

Hmmmm? Who out there might go for this? Wolfgang, he's got all of those
shiny nickels? rw, he's filthy rich? Wayne, might knight could sell a
couple of rods?

Anyone else got an idea? We got the invention, we just need the pounds.

I'm running about 220 pounds at present, and although I was planning to
lose a few; I'd be willing to keep eating those cinnamon buns if it's
for a good cause. Somebody else will need to come up with the other
49,780 though.

Joe F.

Of course it helps, every pound we can get, gets us closer to our goal! I'm
about 215 pounds. So we got 435 together. The problem may come when all of
the people that want to invest, decide to make a New Years resolution to
lose weigh :~^ (

We only need 49,565 pounds to go! Come on guyz, we need this invention to
come to market! This is a global fishing challenge.

well, I can toss in another 220 or so, for a good cause.

.....actually, I opened this thread thinking SoftHackle had
gotten bad news from the bank, and was trying to round
up seed money for the shop/lodge.

Well, it takes more than mere money, to support some things. I'm sure Tony
is looking for someone who also has the right type of mental attributes to
invest via UseNet, as well as the capital.

Rdean comes to my mind. I believe he has money and I'm certain he has
repeatedly shown the kind of acumen needed to support such ventures and
causes, ..... and he would especially be interested if Tony's wonderful new
product shows 'intelligent design.'

I was born in NYC
and I happen to own a bridge
As soon as I sell it I will have LOTS & lotsa bucks
and i will invest
Does anyone on this list want to buy the bridge for only $2.5 million?
A steal!
You can put up a toll booth and recoup your money in only weeks.
It goes from Manhattan to Brooklyn.

Please send cash or I will open a pay pal account if necessary.

Sincerely
Fred

Okay Fred, I feel like you and I had somethin' goin'. You are competin'
with the group now! That's not good for group continuity, not to mention
you heath, if ya get my drift! What we need are POUNDS! You got'em and we
want'em. Get it, got it, GOOD!

threaten--

OK

I got some pounds to give
About 200 of them
