JT:
Thanks, but no. This is a steelhead/salmon fly of the same name. The Jorgensen Streaker is (as far as I can tell) a bare(?) streamer hook with a Muddler-type head and a rattail wing of deer hair from the head. What I am trying to find out is whether the fly has any sort of body, tail, or underwing. (Probably not, as I think PJ named it after the bare-assed streakers on college campuses, football fields, etc.) GaryS "JT" wrote in message ... "GaryS" wrote in message ... Vaughan,
Sorry I have been so tardy in thanking you, but I'm preparing to have a knee replaced--darned thing kept me out of the water most of last year! Yes, that's the fly, and I have been in touch with the tier, qwho led me to the Jorgensen book from which it comes. Many, many thanks! GaryS "GaryS" wrote in message news ![]() Yes, that's it. Similar to the "Streaking Caddis" that I use quite often. cheers Vaughan |
