It is not of any major consequence. Most unlikely that very many
people take him seriously any more, quite regardless of what he
writes. Indeed, the more he writes the less credibility he has, which
is probably a good thing.

It is not possible to "run someone off". This is an unmoderated
Usenet newsgroup. People like Fortenberry can only post here, as they
would not be tolerated anywhere else. They are able to browbeat
newbies and others here with impunity. Presumably this gives them some
weird gratification. The profile is typical of sociopaths. They donīt
function normally in society, but they can find a little niche here
where they can live out their fantasies and indulge their delusions of
grandeur. A quite remarkable disregard for the truth is also a
symptom, as is attacking and insulting others, and blaming the world
at large for their own inadequacy.

E.D.?

A oft-used phrase in your limited vocabulary, no doubt...

Why donīt any of the other people here run this bloke off?

Doncha have ANY backbone at all, boy? Why don't you get yer clackers
out of Mike's mouth, your head out of your ass, and try to do it
yourownself...hey, this is beginning to sound like the Aristocrats...

I canīt see anybody putting up with such an idiot for long?

And what type of idiot do you see anyone putting up with for long?

Oh, by-the-by, could you be a bit more specific, bloke-wise?

Johnno

Yeah, you said that already.

Oh, Geez, we've put up with all manner of idiots over the
years. Please, feel free to join the list.
