Default LBJ Fishing Report

I am soon going to Lake LBJ in the Texas Heartland, what bass (and
other species) should I expect to catch? I am a fisherman in south
Texas and realy don't know what to expect in the heartland. Any advice
helpful. --KP

Contrary to popular belief, Lake LBJ is not responsible for the death
of Lake Kennedy. LBJ continues to hold monster bass, called "Cong" in
that area, although you may have to throw a lure at them several time
in order to Hanoi them enough to bite.

The lake does have a few strange rules so be sure to check with Game
and Fish prior to going. One example is the rule requiring all Beagle
fish to be landed by the ears only.

Wildlife abounds on LBJ. Keep an eye open and you may just spot the
elusive "Lady Bird".

Most of all, have fun and don't kill anybody to get there. Hope this
helps.

Good Fishing -- Moe
