I am looking for an inexpensive source for some large stainless snap hooks.
Stringer size. I want to make up a bunch of custom culling floats for my fishing buddies for Christmas this year. -- Bob La Londe Fishing Arizona & The Colorado River Fishing Forums & Contests http://www.YumaBassMan.com -- Posted via a free Usenet account from http://www.teranews.com |

You might want to simply take a chain stringer apart and use those snaps. -- Steve @ OutdoorFrontiers http://www.outdoorfrontiers.com G & S Guide Service and Custom Rods http://www.herefishyfishy.com |

That is an excellent idea, and I have looked at it. The good chain stringers with the stainless snaps are about 20 bucks each. Since I've got three or four guys I would like to make these for I was hoping to just find the snaps. Its still a long time before Christmas. I already have the floats going so assembly will be pretty quick when I do decide what to use for the snaps. -- Bob La Londe Fishing Arizona & The Colorado River Fishing Forums & Contests http://www.YumaBassMan.com -- Posted via a free Usenet account from http://www.teranews.com |
