It's shirtsleeve warm ( near 70 ) and sunny between puffy clouds here today
( sorry Frank :-) so I drove over to one of the close rivers mainly to
take a walk.

Turns out a few trout were to be seen rising so I strung up the only rod I
had with me and caught a couple.

The main thing I noticed is just how badly I suk ... I gotta take casting
lessons someday .... after 37 years of fly fishing you'd think I'd be at
least 'decent' but, no, I'm terrible, simply terrible.

Another thing I noticed ... I don't have a single Griffith's Gnat in my vest
.... seems impossible to believe, but I went through every box, twice.

anyway ... there ya go, a ... very short Trip Report
