..... that our friend Forty may soon become a connoisseur of fine
Belgian beer.

Who'd a thunk it, as the saying goes?

I think you're at least a few days late with that - pretty sure the Bud clan
turned InBev down...

The hostile takeover of Anheuser-Busch is big news in the old
hometown, as you can imagine. The Busch family will fight it
but two shareholder groups have already filed lawsuits demanding
that the Board accept the offer. None of this would be happening
if that inbred moron IV hadn't run the company into the ground.

When InBev takes over my Budweiser days are over, I won't drink
another drop of any Anheuser-Busch product lest the spinning
graves of my German St. Louis ancestors shake the Gateway Arch
into the Mississippi.

And either way, I doubt a bunch of rednecks could tell whether what they
were slurping down came out of Belgian or Scottish draft horses...

Maybe you could switch to Beck's...

Is that a racist statement? Ownership? Who shives a git? If the
beer *changes* quality, that is when you should stop. I'll continue
to drink it as my 3rd choice (Slemans and Yeugling come first/second)
