The folks in PA elected a Republican, not a Democrat. If he wants to change to a Dem, do it BY an election, not by fraud. Do as Lieberman did; the Dems didn't want him to win the primary, so he lost the primary. But then he ran as an Independent and the good folks in CT reelected him. Speckey hasn't been a Republican for many years. I'm surprised he took the cheap way out. Thought he had more honor than that. Turn the lights out when you leave. |

Joe and I go way back, and that isn't the spellingg I will give him high marks as a decent man, but Joe is loyal to his country, which, sadly, has been shown not to be the US, judged by his foreign policy choices(and choices in some of his advisors, btw). Arlen Specter works hard for his constituents, has helped a lot of individuals(many of them, most of them, NOT politically connected), and sticks to his guns. Do I always agree with him? Hell, no, but there is no one, and I mean no one, in PA politics I would rather have represent me in DC. Tom At least Joe had the sense to change BY an election. If you run and lose in a Pennsylvania primary your name cannot appear on the ballot for the general election. If Lieberman lived in Pennsylvania he would have had to do the honorable thing; concede defeat and retire. As it is the slimy little **** weasel snuck back into the Senate through the back door of Connecticut oddity. -- Ken Fortenberry |

I used his name twice and believe the second time it was correct, although I did have it as Liieberman before I changed it. What about the asshole you have for a senator......what'shisname...... oh, yeah, Dodd. Now *there's* a decent man...........hackvomitspittle..... Really, turn out the light when you leave. |

Your spelling goes out the window when you get wound up, and it's a hoot to watch! g ....oh, and don't get me started on Chris Dodd. A bigger ****-weasel I have never met. He impressed me with his sliminess when I was in grad school, and I've not gained an ounce of respect for him yet. Lieberman and I were on opposite sides for a while in the early 80's. He sent a large group of friends to my home to visit me once. I since gave him a political donation, one election in the past decade. I'm just not happy about his stance on foreign affairs, and his lack of respect for the opinions of his constituents. As for Specter, I have been impressed with him consistently over the 23 years I have lived in PA. Tom |

Last year was the beginning of the attack on our wallets ...
And as hard as Bush tried, no one would listen about Fannie and Freddie. 08' was the beginning of the collapse of the real estate market caused by Barney Frank, Chris Dodd and friends....and oh I left out the big cheese Mr Obama who was a lawyer for ACORN... you know ACORN, theyre the community organizing organization that ganged up on banks to force them to make bad loans to the poor by the millions? The democratic chickens have come home to roost my friend and now they have enough rope to hang themselves with... watch as the comedy continues... See you guys on your way out in 2010... seriously! |
