Yep, it's all true. And the native fish have toxic levels of mercury and
cadmium. A hell of a place to live. I won't even handle the fish from some of the ponds in Springfield. Humans are the only animal that doesn't rot away in the environment. We
burry ourselves in and take ourselves out of the environment for a thousand years or so. By eating the fish we can do our part to take the heavy metals and PCBs out of the environment.
