Default Looking for trailer tires near Falls Church, VA

Anybody know where to buy and get mounted A78-13ST trailer tires
locally?

I was sure Bass Pro would have them, so I made the trip, but they only
had the wheel & tire combos. I already have wheels, so it would be a
waste to get the combo.

Regular tire shops don't do these small trailer tires, and neither do
Pep Boys or Wal-Mart. I know I can buy them online, but can a regular
service station mount & balance them?

I'd prefer to buy & get this done locally, though.

Thanks,
Jamie

A local Tread Quarters ordered a pair for me and mounted and balanced them.
