Father & Son Fishing Camp in N.E. Canada?

Want to take my son (16yo) to either Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, Labrador,
Quebec for some bonding time on the lake of river for a week is summer.

Need someplace with accommodations and boat/motor and reasonable priced and
family oriented would be idea.

No executive type fly-in gold plate affaires please.
