Bring 'em.

I forget the water temperature in the river last year. But I vote we travel
downstream to a plus five degree water temp.

Plan on a massive, well stocked regatta with a better menu and sufficient
liquids to prevent the severe de-hydration I experienced last year.

Well, give it about a sixty minute staggered start between flotillas. One
of those smaller, blow up type flat rafts would be good to carry
supplies.....leave earlier-fish longer.

John, you are the eternal optomist. Given the amount of time between now
and June 2005, the roffian pool (up to $.02 in the pot now) has strong
odds that you may not have any fingers left to grasp a paddle by then.

John,

We could start where we finished last year and fish down to the
Susquehanna. The creek does get slower & deeper as it approaches the
river. I'm all for a longer trip.

IIRC, the stretch from where we got out to the Susquehanna isn't a
great deal longer than what we did this year. Given John's suggestion
to "leave earlier-fish longer", with which I agree, how about putting
in where we did last time and THEN go all the way to the Susquehanna.
Early start and late finish should do it, no?

Wolfgang
we're going to need a beer barge.

Works for me. What we need is an innertube, a large cooler and a big
rock for ballast.

Well, I've been told I am as dumb as a rock, does that count?
